A legal professional with experience working in the housing justice space, Ramsha has a B.A in English from Drexel University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. After graduating law school, she worked at NYLAG, advocating for indigent tenants rights in eviction cases, and has since then participated in pro-bono civil rights initiatives, and organized around immigration, discriminatory local and state legislation, and carceral justice.
She is passionate about addressing and bridging the gap in mental health inequities within the legal field, having seen firsthand the effects of high-pressure environments taking a toll on legal professionals. Most recently, she worked at a small private law firm, primarily on contractual, personal injury, and workplace/employment discrimination cases.
